Sales Ledger Clerk

As the Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the sales ledger process. You will ensure that each transaction will run smoothly, efficiently and meet the deadlines of the business.

A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in posting is an absolute must.

  • Setting up new clients/customers

  • Producing invoices

  • Banking and reconciliation

  • Running off statements

  • Chasing up outstanding debts, if the organisation doesn’t have a Credit Controller

  • Sorting out any rebates and filing

  • Checking VAT has been included on invoices
