Finance Director / CFO

Finance Directors/CFO’s are vital team members within a business, responsible for managing a company’s financial health and long-term growth. A Finance Director/CFO typically sits on the senior leadership team of a business, reporting to the CEO or Managing Director, and they use their financial insight to develop business strategy.

Aside from being a number cruncher, you’ll need to have an affinity for working with those from different backgrounds, managing their expectations, and resolving conflicts as they appear. An ability to explain finance data to non-finance people, in a clear fashion requires strong communication skills.
